We’re looking for a Director of Brand Sales to help shape the sales strategy and go-to-market execution plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales from agencies and clients, selling two primary brand solutions: programmatic buying with particular focus on mobile video advertising as well as native & rich media ad experiences and, app download campaign performance buys.

Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading east coast based agencies and brands that help ensure long term success for Lucktastic.
Identify accounts that align well with Jump Ramp solutions- including Ecommerce, QSR, Tech, Telco, Entertainment, Travel, etc.
Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies.
Quickly develop C-Level relationships with your clients
Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and monetization targets.
Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet the needs of east coast agencies and brands
Execute programmatic buying partnerships by setting up PMP deals.
Identify and focus on key sources of mobile video demand/grow video revenue.
Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations, etc.) to help meet advertisers needs.
7 + years of experience in digital media, advertising, or ad-tech sales
Strong network of high-level relationships across agencies and advertisers
Proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closures and consistently exceed revenue targets.
High-energy and passionate self-starter with strong analytical skills who’s extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Experience selling video solutions to brand advertisers and agencies. Knowledge of the video landscape and relationships with key video buyers.
Experience selling mobile solutions (branding and app-download campaigns).
Familiarity with mobile landscape.
Programmatic selling experience- contacts at agency trading desks and programmatic buyers are strongly encouraged
